Food businesses must be licensed in order to work out of Kitchen Council. For this reason, we don’t provide daily or hourly rentals. Instead, we offer two affordable monthly membership options to fit your needs.
FULL TIME
Anytime access to kitchen 24/7
Dedicated production table
Two storage shelves
$475 / month
NIGHTS & WEEKENDS
6pm-6am M-F, 24h on weekends
Flex production space
Two storage shelves
$375 / month
ADD-ON OPTIONS
The option to rent event space is available with the Hoff Center and price varies. Extra storage or speed racks are available for for a fee per shelf or rack. Speciality storage can be negotiated for a fee (based on foot print).
WRAPAROUND SERVICES
All business development opportunities available to Full Time and Nights & Weekends Members. Business services may include legal, accounting, planning, marketing and sales advice. Community support may include workshops, tasting events, industry expertise, co-working and introductions.
